Terms of service

Welcome to Grimshaw Storage & RV (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)! We are a company that provides storage and RV services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services.

  1. Services

We provide storage and RV services to our customers. Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue or suspend our services, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

  1. Payment

In the event of failure to pay rent for 10 days when due, the tenancy herein created shall terminate and landlord shall be entitled to immediate possession and may exercise any remedies available to him/her by law. TENANT SPECIFICALLY GRANTS TO LANDLORD A LIEN ON THE STORED PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR THE PAYMENT OF ANY RENT DUE. A $5.00 late payment penalty will be assessed on the eleventh (11th) day. Thereafter an additional $1.00 per day penalty shall accrue until rent and penalties are paid in full.

  1. Customer Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal property you store with us is in compliance with all laws and regulations. You must also ensure that you have the right to store the property with us and that the property is not hazardous or dangerous.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage to your property stored with us, including but not limited to damage caused by fire, theft, or natural disaster. We are also not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our RV services.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or any breach of this Agreement.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately remove your property from our storage facilities and cease using our RV services.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

  1. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

  1. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
